Nestled above the white cliffs with far reaching views across the channel to France, Carmel Cottage is a wonderfully unique home with a fascinating history. Originally a 1960s kit home - a “Colt House”, the house has been transformed into a much loved family home by the sea. With its well proportioned rooms, modular layout and clever storage solutions, Carmel Cottage is perfect for family holidays.
Once inside the open plan area living area will not disappoint. Every detail in this home has been so well considered by its creative owners. The bright and airy living area boasts an open fire, Smart TV and stunning views across the channel. The kitchen and dining provides all necessities for dinner by the fire or al fresco dining on the terrace. Carmel Cottage has three delightful bedrooms, all with breathtaking sea views, and two family bathrooms. Outside the cottage has a terrace with various seating areas to enjoy evenings snuggled around the fire-pit or watching the sun go down. If you fancy a stroll down to the beach, a local pub awaits with a delicious menu. Carmel Cottage really is a charming and unique getaway that you will want to return to time and time again.
