Holmwood
Holmwood is an impressive, Edwardian home overlooking Walmer's pebble shoreline and a short stroll from the vibrant town of Deal. With uninterrupted sea views and the beach quite literally on your doorstep, this holiday home ticks all the boxes for multi-generational families or friends. Set over three floors, the house is spacious and boasts nearly 4,000 square feet of beautifully presented living space. Inside, you will find six generous bedrooms, five modern bathrooms, three reception rooms and a seafront veranda, perfect for morning coffee. The heart of the home is the wonderful, newly fitted kitchen-diner; ideal for socialising with family or friends. There is also a useful ground floor shower room just off the kitchen. Upstairs, the home continues to impress with two elegant bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, and four more bedrooms - two doubles and two twins - on the top floor, along with two further bathrooms, one featuring a large free-standing bath. Holmwood offers private off-road parking for up to four cars and a front garden. Guests are also welcome to use the shared garden at the rear. Please note, due to open staircases and a low veranda balustrade, very young children may need to be supervised. Whether you’re planning a special family gathering or a getaway with friends, Holmwood is a wonderful base from which to explore Walmer, Deal and the surrounding Kent coast.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may apply.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property, no charging of e-scooters, vapes or e-cigarettes.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted, no hen or stag groups.
