Enter into the hallway with the staircase ahead.

A fully equipped kitchen with a Rangemaster oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

At the back of the house is a lovely garden with a patio and lawn area with corner sofa and side table.
Bathroom with a bath tub, basin and WC.
Front bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a Kingsize bed, bedside tables, lamps, built in cupboard. Next door to this room is a walk in wardrobe for extra hanging space.
Back bedroom - Sleeps 2, with two single beds (3ft), bedside table, lamp, built in cupboard and free standing cupboard. This bedroom looks out to the garden at the back of the house.
Back bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a double bed, built in cupboard, side table, lamp.
Front bedroom - Sleeps 1, with a single bed.
Bath towels and linen are provided, no beach towels.
Wi-Fi access.
Central heating throughout.
Free on road parking on the road outside the house.
There is a garden to the rear of the property with seating.
Please be aware that there is only a bath at the property, no shower facilities.
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
Brunswick House is located in Walmer, a charming coastal village closely linked with neighbouring Deal, offering a slightly quieter pace while remaining within very easy reach of the town’s attractions. The pebble beach and seafront promenade are nearby, ideal for peaceful walks along the English Channel with open views and fresh sea air. Walmer’s relaxed atmosphere and wide streets make it a lovely place to explore on foot.
Walmer Castle and their award-winning gardens are a real highlight, just a short stroll away, with beautifully maintained grounds, historic rooms and seasonal events throughout the year. The village itself has a welcoming local feel, with traditional pubs, cafés and small shops, while Deal’s award-winning high street lies just along the coast. Here you’ll find independent boutiques, antiques shops, artisan bakeries and an excellent choice of restaurants and wine bars, many celebrating fresh local seafood.
Coastal paths run in both directions, leading north towards Deal Pier and Sandwich Bay, or south towards Kingsdown, making this an excellent location for walking and cycling. Walmer railway station provides direct connections to London, while nearby road links make exploring East Kent simple, from historic Canterbury to the wider Kent coastline.
