Located in the charming conservation area of Deal, Oak Street Cottage is an elegant town house located in the charming conservation area of Deal. Situated in a quiet side street just off the main promenade and beach, this comfortable holiday home is also just a few yards from both the buzzing high street with its delis, boutique shops and cafes and restaurants.
The cosy sitting room with wood burning stove leads into the dining room and kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom and utility room. Upstairs on the first and second floors are three bedrooms and a large family bathroom.
The enclosed garden is a lovely private, sunny space to relax in after a busy day sightseeing.

- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.

Bay Reach is ideally located in Deal, offering easy access to the town’s relaxed coastal rhythm and lively independent scene. The seafront is very close by, inviting morning walks along the promenade or unhurried afternoons watching the tide roll in across the English Channel. Deal’s compact layout makes it wonderfully walkable, with historic streets, cafés and shops all within comfortable reach.
Deal’s award-winning high street is a particular draw, celebrated for its antiques shops, boutiques, artisan bakeries and well-stocked delis. The town’s food scene is excellent, with seafood restaurants, welcoming pubs and stylish wine bars lining the seafront and tucked into the Georgian streets behind.
