Christmas House
Tucked away just one row back from the seafront, Christmas House is a much loved holiday home, perfect for families or friends. With its relaxed, family-friendly feel, this lovely three-bedroom home offers everything you need for a comfortable coastal escape. The ground floor has two reception rooms, both with a wood burner making it cosy in the winter months.
The house has a basement with a dining room which is ideal for gathering together with loved ones after a day of exploring, a well-equipped kitchen with doors to a courtyard garden. Upstairs across two floors, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Children and dogs are warmly welcomed, making Christmas House the perfect choice for a family holiday by the sea. Please note, the stairs are steep, so care is needed with young children and older guests.
A wonderful base to explore Deal’s independent shops, cafés, and long promenade, Christmas House offers comfort and charm in equal measure, a true home-from-home at the seaside.

- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. Please no charging of vapes or e-scooters.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.
