Fig Tree House
Fig Tree House is a delightful holiday home tucked away on a quiet road just off Alfred square, only moments from historic Middle Street and the conservation area, a minute's stroll to the sea, and five minutes from the iconic Deal Pier. Newly renovated to a high standard, this stylish, yet welcoming home sleeps up to five guests in three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Inside, the ground floor has two inviting and spacious living rooms, perfect for relaxing with a book or a film. A light-filled dining room with bifold doors opens onto the garden, offering a lovely setting for slow breakfasts or long laughter-filled meals. There’s also a small but well-equipped kitchen, thoughtfully designed to make holiday cooking simple. The newly renovated bathroom has a free-standing bath and a walk in rainfall shower and there are two separate WCs in the house. Outside, a private walled-in tropical sunny garden featuring the house's namesake fig tree, provides a secure space for children and dogs to play. With Deal's shingle beach, High Street, local markets, historic castles and scenic coastal walks all on your doorstep, Fig Tree House is the perfect base for discovering the best of Deal and the Kent coast.

Please note that there is ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring pub on weekdays (8 am - 4 pm) with no confirmed end date. While this may occasionally cause daytime noise, we will keep guests updated and do our best to minimise any disruption.
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. Please no charging of vapes or e-scooters.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Fig Tree House is located in the heart of Deal, just seconds from the High street and the seafront. Also just a short walk to Deal Train Station, where you can catch the fast train to London St Pancras taking just over an hour. The minute you step onto the wide open beach in Deal you feel relaxed. It's uncrowded even at peak times. There are a host of delicious restaurants and the town is renowned for excellent live music.
