Situated on a quiet road in Walmer, Deal and just 200 metres from the seafront, Gerald's Place offers many home comforts. Modern and contemporary in its design, this self catering holiday accommodation is perfect for families or small groups of friends. Sleeping five people in three bedrooms, there is plenty of space to accommodate everyone. This property has its own driveway as well as free unrestricted parking on the street. Enjoy the warmth of the sun from the large conservatory or the sunny courtyard garden. And being pet friendly, you can even bring your furry friend on holiday with you.
Gerald's Place is not far from The Strand with wide open sea views, where you can enjoy fresh coffee and pastries, and there are a couple of pubs too to grab a pint of ale. It is really easy to access the pedestrian/cycle path between Deal and Kingsdown where you can enjoy a picturesque walk past both Deal Castle and Walmer Castle and Gardens or down to the beach at Kingsdown where you can enjoy a good lunch at The Zetland, one of only a few pubs in the UK situated on the beach.

Walmer
Deal recently featured in the Times 30 best places by the sea and also won the accolade of the Telegraph High Street of the Year. Deal is a great base for exploring the East Kent coastline including the blue flag sandy beaches of Broadstairs and Margate. Inland, there is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Canterbury and the medieval cinque port town of Sandwich. With castles, museums, wildlife parks and gardens galore there is something for everyone.
