Welcome to Grosvenor Place, an elegant Georgian townhouse in the heart of Margate's Old Town. Spread across three floors, this impressive light-filled home offers generous sized rooms, high ceilings and beautiful interiors combining raw plaster walls, wooden floorboards, arched windows and open brick fireplaces. Each room has been carefully curated, decorated with warm tones and thoughtful touches that make it both stylish and comfortable. The tall windows flood each room with light, creating a lovely atmosphere that changes with the day. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with everything you'll possibly need for slow breakfasts and relaxed dinners with friends. Upstairs leading up to the first floor, is a wet room with a rainfall shower, followed by the first King size bedroom. The living room is also on this floor, boasting a woodburner and views from the Juliet balcony out to Margate's famous Dreamland and the sea beyond. On the top floor, is the second bedroom with a Superking bed and wonderful views over Margate. The main bathroom with a roll top bath and separate rainfall shower is just next door, as is the useful study for those that need to log on to work during their stay. Outside, you are just moments from Margate's vibrant seaside life - whether enjoying a dip in Walpole Bay Tidal Pool, visiting the Turner Contemporary, or simply exploring the Old Town's with its independent cafés, galleries, and vintage shops. Grosvenor Place will easily be the place that convinces you to move to Margate.

- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.
