This really is the perfect holiday bolthole for singles or couples looking to get away and relax with a sea view or a scenic spot to work-away-from-home. The apartment has a sitting room with a reading nook, a large bedroom, a contemporary bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy upper floor to use as you wish, giving you the option to watch the sunrise over the ocean or take in the sunsets over the pretty Georgian skylines. The beach, sailing club, and the cute Sea Café are all within a stone's throw away. Additionally, a local convenience shop, sports pub, off-licence, and a classic fish & chips shop are all very close to the property, making it easy to pick up essentials, enjoy a casual meal, or unwind with a drink just steps from your door. This prime location is ideal for pleasant strolls and casual bike rides along the promenade to take you into town. Along the way, there is plenty to explore including the iconic pier, shoreside restaurants, cosy pubs, boutique shops, and artisan delis. For beautiful and scenic coastal walks, try the other direction to Walmer Castle, Kingsdown, or St. Margarets Bay.

Property Details
The rear access front door leads into a communal hallway with two small flights of stairs to the top floor.
Sitting / Dining Room
Within the sitting room, you will find a three-seater sofa, comfy bean bags, a reading snug under the stairs, and smart TV, not forgetting a sea view that offers spectacular sunrises on most days. A foldable dining table and chairs are available if you so wish.
Kitchen
A newly renovated kitchen with an electric hob/oven, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and Krups coffee machine.
Bedroom
The large bedroom comfortably sleeps two people, with a kingsize bed, bedside tables-lamps, a hanging rail, and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom
The new contemporary bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail, storage, and underfloor heating for those cold nights.
Stairs from the sitting room lead to the snug room with armchairs which turn into sofa-beds (can be made available on request), a writing bureau, and a chair to work from. With windows in both directions, you can enjoy sunrise sea views at the front and sunset Georgian skylines at the rear.

- We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking and vaping is not permitted at the property or within the communal areas.
- For health and safety reasons, we ask guests not to use any part of the property roof.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to our neighbours in the building. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.

The beach promenade is ideal for walking and cycling, in one direction it takes you to Deal with its historic sites, food spots, and vintage shopping in less than fifteen minutes. In the other direction, Kingsdown has a wonderful coastline to explore. Dover Castle, Sandwich, Margate, and Broadstairs are all less than thirty minutes away.
This holiday home is superbly located with the pebble beach directly in front of the property. Travelling from St. Pancras International is a little over an hour. Other areas of interest are; the ferry ports in Dover, Ashford International for the Eurostar, multiple golf courses including The Royal St George's Golf Club, historic sites, contemporary restaurants, and popular pubs; Pebble Cove really is the perfect holiday break for all occasions.
