Pebbles is a spacious and relaxed coastal home set just 150 yards from the quiet stretch of beach at Seasalter, with the bustling seaside town of Whitstable an easy walk or short drive away. Designed with comfort and togetherness in mind, Pebbles offers a welcoming place to slow down by the sea, whether that’s gathering around the fire on cooler days or making the most of long summer evenings in the garden. Arranged predominantly over one level, the house is particularly well suited to guests seeking ground floor living, with private parking on the driveway directly outside. Inside, the house sleeps six across three bedrooms, including two king rooms and a twin (all with comfortable Emma mattresses and Luxury Tielle bed linen and towels), alongside two bathrooms. A mezzanine bedroom sits above, while the rest of the accommodation flows comfortably on one floor. The living spaces are light filled and sociable, with lots of seating, a dining table for shared holiday meals and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for home cooking. The wood burner and blankets make it cosy in winter, while thoughtful touches such as books, games and smart TV make it easy to feel at home. Outside, a private and enclosed garden provides space to relax and entertain, with outdoor seating, a barbecue and bar area, plus a separate garden playroom that keeps little ones occupied and keeps all the toys out of sight for adult only groups. Pebbles is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends looking for space and comfort all year round.

Enter into hallway which has plenty of space for coats and boots.

Kitchen with gas hob, rangemaster oven, dishwasher, kitchen aid mixer, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and moka.

Utility room

Next to the kitchen is a utility room with fridge/freezer, washer/ dryer, drying rack, microwave and storage.

Living rooms

Open plan living room which has been split in two. At one end you'll find a two seater sofa, rug, coffee table, books, desk and chair (perfect for home working) at one end. At the other end is a four seater corner sofa, wood burning stove, Smart TV, coffee table and books.

Dining room

Leading from the sitting room is the dining area with a dining table and bench seating, plus another two seater sofa and coffee table. There is a hatch to the kitchen, making the entire ground floor living spaces open and sociable. Glass doors lead to the garden.

Bedroom with en-suite shower

Sleep 2, Kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, tall cupboard and shelves, mirror, chair bed and en-suite with a walk in shower, wc and basin.

A lovely private garden with patio area and garden furniture, BBQ (coal not supplied), shingle and shrubs. There is also a large outdoor playroom with plenty of toys for children.

  • If you would like to use the BBQ, you will need to bring coal. It must be left clean and empty, failure to do so will result in £40 charge

  • To make your stay extra special the owner is happy to assist you in organising hot tub hire, a private chef, a masseuse, private yoga class, birthday cakes or decorations
  • If you are travelling with little ones, there are lots of extras such as high chairs, cutlery, a travel cot, towels and toiletries, to save you bringing them from home

  • We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages.
  • Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
  • Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
  • Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
  • For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
  • Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
  • Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Seasalter

Pebbles sits at the edge of the peaceful Granville Cliff Estate on the North Kent Coast, where the pace is slower and the shoreline feels wonderfully unspoilt. Just over a minute from the front door, a quiet pebble beach offers space for morning swims, gentle walks and wide sea views, with the sound of the waves never far away. Following the coast eastwards, a leisurely walk along the beach leads into Whitstable, where a lively mix of independent shops, galleries and cafés sits alongside a working harbour and an ever-changing choice of places to eat and drink.

Heading in the opposite direction, the beach path leads to The Sportsman, a destination in its own right and a rewarding stroll for those who enjoy good food and sea air. It’s a setting that encourages guests to leave the car behind, exploring on foot and making the most of the coastline.

For days out further afield, this corner of Kent is rich with places to discover. By car, Whitstable is just five minutes away, while the historic market town of Faversham and the cathedral city of Canterbury are both within easy reach. The classic seaside towns of Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs are all around half an hour away, making Pebbles an ideal base for exploring the wider coast.
