Sandy Villa is a stunning family holiday home. Spanning four floors this modern townhouse is just a short walk to St Mildred’s Bay beach and has sea views from the sitting room and two bedrooms. Add to this a large open plan kitchen/dining room complete with football table and bifold doors onto a courtyard garden, plus private parking for two cars and this holiday home really does have everything you could ask for.
The vibrant coastal town of Margate is a lovely 30 minute coastal walk, whilst the charming quiet town of Westgate on Sea with its cafes, restaurants, shops and old-fashioned cinema is a short 10 minute stroll.

- We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
- Furniture should not be moved but if you do feel the need to move something, please return it back to its original position otherwise a charge may be taken from your deposit.
- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.
