Stable Cottage
Stable Cottage is a charming cottage that will appeal to holiday makers and golfers alike. In fact, the cottage backs on to the famous Championship golf course of Royal St George's, and Royal Cinque Ports and Prices Golf club are only a short drive away. The location is ideal, being an easy 5 minutes stroll to the beach, and you can bring your four legged friend too for wonderful walks on Sandwich Bay (check the tide times for low tide and enjoy miles of sandy beach). The cottage is all on one level, ideal for those with limited mobility. The large, open plan living/kitchen area is perfect for relaxing and cooking meals, and the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms at the back of the cottage are spacious. The private lawned garden is great for relaxing after a busy day on the beach or golf course, and there is free parking right outside the cottage. Stable Cottage offers all you need for a comfortable stay with family or friends.

Enter through double doors at the front of the cottage. This property is all on one level.
Open plan living room
A lovely large room with a kitchen on one side and a living area on the other side.
The kitchen has everything you will need for home cooked meals and there is a dining table and seating for up to four people.
The sitting room has two sofas, rugs, lamps and a TV.
Bedroom One
Sleeps 2, with two single beds (3ft) and an en-suite shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom Two
Sleeps 2, with two single beds (3ft) and an en-suite shower, WC and basin.
A large private, lawned garden. Dining table and chairs.
- Bath towels and linen are provided. Beach towels not provided.
- Dogs are welcome. Please note additional pet charges are £25 each per stay.
- There is an enclosed garden to the rear with seating.
- Wi-Fi access.
- Central heating throughout.
- Travel cot and high chair available on request.
- We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. Please no charging of vapes or e-scooters.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.
