The Barn
The Barn is a fabulous, stylish and spacious holiday home with an amazing large open plan living space with polished concrete floor, vaulted ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows which is perfect for socialising with family and friends. This area opens onto a lovely outside space with seating area and BBQ and has uninterrupted views across the surrounding fields. The Barn is perfect for families, golfers, cyclists and special celebrations providing a quiet relaxing country home within a short distance of the mediaeval town of Sandwich and its local pubs, restaurants and independent shops. The historic city of Canterbury is a short drive in the other direction. There is so much to do in this location, numerous golf courses, beaches, walking, cycling. Broadstairs, Deal and Kingsdown beach are 20 mins away and Whitstable 40 mins. You can bring your four-legged friends with you too, so no one has to miss out on the fun!
Also on the ground floor are two of the bedrooms, both with en-suites. One of the bedrooms has a Super King size zip and link bed giving the option of two single beds. Upstairs are two further bedrooms and family bathroom. There is beautiful herringbone oak flooring with an oak stair case and a large galleried seating area with a sofa and two desks offering the ability to use as a study, a quiet reading area or children's play area. The Barn really is a perfect option for families looking for a relaxing break.

- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am - this includes in the garden area too as the neighbours are next door. There are families with young children that live next door, so please be mindful of noise throughout your stay.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.
- Hen & Stag Do's are not permitted.

Sandwich
The Zetland Arms in Kingsdown is a must, the beach style pub is on the beach and is fantastic in summer or winter. Winter is my favourite with the log fires after a bracing beach walk. You can walk along the sea front into Walmer and Deal from the pub. It does get busy so please do book ahead.
The Bridge Arms - nestled within the beautiful rural village of Bridge situated within the Nailbourne Valley 2.5km South of the cathedral city of Canterbury. Originally a coaching inn the Bridge Arms dates back to the 16th century, once a baiting house the grade II listed pub boasts large original fireplaces for the winter months.
