The Beach House
The Beach House is a wonderful four bedroom seaside holiday home right on the seafront in Deal. It is one of the beautiful old houses which form part of the panoramic backdrop to the beach when viewed from the Pier. The owners have recently refurbished it with a calm, modern interior providing flexible accommodation over three floors. All the major rooms have views over the beach and across the English Channel. You just cross the road and you are on the promenade. The Beach House is within easy walking distance of many pubs and restaurants making it an ideal holiday home for families, friends or short breaks.

A porch area large enough to store bikes, golf clubs or beach equipment.
Reception room
A lovely light reception area with a feature fireplace and large sofas.
Kitchen
A fabulous large kitchen with a superb island unit with a range cooker that sociably faces the dining table and over to the beach beyond. The kitchen includes a full height fridge/freezer, twin butler sinks, dishwasher, pull out larder. The large dining table provides enough room for eight to eat comfortably.

Sitting room
Spectacular main sitting room designed to make the most of the sea views a large bay window facing the seafront and windows to the side providing pretty views of Beach Street. Large flat screen TV, music system and large comfortable sofa.
Single bedroom
A single bedroom with views of the sea and the beach.
Family bathroom
A good sized family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
Double bedroom
A lovely light double bedroom with wonderful views of the sea with an adjoining dressing room.
Master bedroom with en suite bathroom
A large master bedroom with fantastic views of the sea and the pretty beach. It has a good sized wardrobe and a huge en suite shower, basin and WC.
Twin bedroom
A fabulous twin bedroom with beds that can pull out underneath, views to the sea. This would make a perfect room for children to have sleepovers.

- We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. Please no charging of vapes or e-scooters.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Parties and loud music are not permitted.
