The Pink House
The Pink House is a stunning, quietly elegant holiday home on Middle Street, in the heart of Deal’s Georgian conservation area. Beautifully decorated by a local interior designer, the house has been sympathetically restored and beautifully finished with soft muted colours, a relaxed style and gorgeous artwork. The ground floor is the perfect space for socialising with friends and family as it is completely open plan with doors that open up onto the walled courtyard garden with seating and a BBQ, which is delightful in the warmer months. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need for relaxed holiday meals. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a gas fire which is perfect for cosy evenings. Upstairs over two more floors are four comfortable bedrooms, with beautiful headboards, comfy mattresses and soft furnishings. Everything has been finished to a very high standard, which adds a sense of luxury to your stay. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor, which makes it practical for families or friends alike. The house has a real family appeal and your four-legged friend is also very welcome to stay too. The Pink House is a house that you'll want to return to time and time again.

You can pull up directly outside the house to unload, the road is wide enough for cars to pass. Pay and display parking is 50 yards away on the seafront in the bays. Alternatively, you can find free parking further along the seafront (towards North end of Deal, just past the rowing club). From Alfred Square to North end of Deal, it is all free on road parking in Deal which is all just a 5-10 minute walk from The Pink House.
The house has no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms, so would not suit someone who cannot do stairs. The stairs here are not particularly steep for a house in the conservation area and do have a carpet runner and hand rails.

- Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.

There are three King size bedrooms and one twin bedroom (with two single beds). The first floor has two king size doubles and the second floor has a king and a twin bedroom.
Middle Street runs parallel to both the seafront and the High Street, perfectly positioned between the two. The house is less than 100 yards from Deal's seafront. The high street with independent shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is also just moments away. You couldn't really ask for a better location for exploring Deal. There are convenience stores on the High Street for a quick pint of milk, or Sainsbury's and Aldi are just a 5 minute walk away.
There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, and you will need to bring pods with you. The machine takes the small type of Nespresso pods, which can be purchased from most Supermarkets.
There is one travel cot and high chair at the property, which you can add at the point of booking. Please be aware that you will need to bring cot linen with you.
Yes, there are so many dog friendly pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops in Deal. You must pay a visit to Barkened on High Street which sells gorgeous dog treats, toys and accessories. Deal seafront has some restrictions in areas from May - September, but further along at the North end of Deal there are no restrictions at all, as well as in Walmer, Kingsdown or Sandwich Bay which are lovely for dog walks.

The Pink House is perfectly located on Middle Street, within a short stroll to the High Street with its artisan food shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, and is also just minutes from the lovely long seafront promenade and pier. For guests who prefer country walks and historic sites, there’s plenty of choice nearby, including both Deal and Walmer castles, and a fabulous coastal walk to Kingsdown and St Margaret’s Bay. Deal Pier is always worth a visit for classic seaside views, while Deal Castle and Walmer Castle add depth and history just beyond the town centre. Deal railway station provides direct services to London, in just over an hour and a half, making The Pink House an ideal base for both short breaks and longer stays, with the best of Deal quite literally on your doorstep. Golfers are spoilt for choice with the local clubs of Royal Cinque Ports and Walmer & Kingsdown golf clubs. Whilst the championship courses of Royal St George’s, and Princes are a short drive away.
