Undercliffe is a beautiful seaside family home in Kingsdown. Superbly located, the house has direct access to Kingsdown beach, boasting the most beautiful sea views - you can even see France on a clear day! The house has recently been renovated to a high standard, decorated with bold colours and furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This stylish holiday home has a welcoming atmosphere, and a truly family friendly appeal. The ground floor has a large kitchen with doors out to the garden, a breakfast room, separate dining room and two sitting rooms, with open fires and TV's for cosy evenings. Upstairs are five beautiful bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and one with a crows nest balcony, which is a favourite for book readers with far reaching sea views. Outside is a front garden overlooking the sea and then a back garden, which gets the evening sun and has a wood fired oven. Sleeping up to ten people in five large bedrooms, the house has space for everyone and is perfectly suited to multi-generational families, or friends looking to escape to the seaside. You can step straight out on to the beach from the house, and you can take the coastal path which is a lovely scenic walk to Deal in one direction or to Kingsdown and St Margaret's Bay in the other.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. There should be no external noise beyond 9pm.

Very nicely located and spacious house but the rear garden was overgrown, the lawn needed mowing and wed have appreciated better bed linen . The quirky bedroom furniture wasnt very practical for storing clothes either .

Our group of 9 including a baby were very well accommodated for on our recent weekend away, the house is equipped with everything you need and has a fantastic amount of space for a large group. The location absolutely makes it being able to walk straight onto the beach and take a dip in the sea. Would love to return in the summer.

Lovely house, lovely location, lovely for all generations to get together - we had a fantastic week with great weather! Shame when we arrived that the freezer was full of old food! We had brought frozen food for supper that evening and so had to eat much earlier than expected - the freezer needed defrosting & door wouldnt close - the housekeeper very kindly came and defrosted the next day Bed linen and pillows could do with an update/ refresh
