Perched above the unspoilt beach of Kingsdown, this stylish self-catering retreat boasts uninterrupted sea views from most rooms in the house. The large open plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for gathering with friends and family, and the sitting room with bay windows is a wonderful space to gaze out to the ever changing sea and sky views. There are four bedrooms, two of which have sea views, and two bathrooms. You can step out onto the beach directly from the house for a dip in the sea in just a few seconds or walk up to the iconic white chalk cliffs in a few minutes. If you can drag yourself away from the idyllic setting, the vibrant coastal town of Deal is a short drive, or a lovely beach walk away. This holiday home is perfect for groups of friends or families with children looking to explore the beautiful Kent coastline.

Living room

A spacious living room with two large, comfortable sofas, TV, an open fireplace and bay windows looking directly out to sea.

Open plan kitchen/dining room

Beautiful open-plan and well equipped kitchen with top of the range gas cooker. There is a dining table at one end with seating for six, and bar stools at the island. There is also a wood burner in the kitchen, perfect for cosy winter evenings.

Utility/ boot room

Fabulous laundry/ boot room just off the kitchen with washing facilities, extra storage and another fridge/freezer.

Conservatory

The conservatory overlooks the beautiful lawned garden. There is ample seating in here with two additional sofas.

Ground floor bathroom

Downstairs there is a brand new modern walk-in shower room, WC and basin.

On the ground floor is a spacious double bedroom, complete with a stand-alone bath tub.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Parties and loud music are not permitted. Hen and stag parties are not permitted. One small, well behaved dog welcome - £25 will be charged for your dog to join

We stayed with our grown daughters and their partners, booked the sunshine too. Gardens front and back to catch the sun or sea breeze or shelter as you wished. Every bedroom is large and comfortable. Big kitchen and we cooked a lot. Coffee machine was popular. TV struggled with all the family on WiFi. Great spot for walking over the cliffs with chalk meadows full of late summer wild flowers to St Margarets bay; lunched at The Coast Guard and the Pines. Walked to Walmer Castle via coast path and into Deal, evening drinks at Zetland Arms watching the sun go down. Beach is stony bring shoes to go in water. Beautiful house, lots of space, really comfortable, can park the car and get about on foot.

The location of this house cannot be disputed extraordinary and the sense of light and space as well as feeling incredibly homely. A couple of things to the owners that might be helpful is that there are actually only a couple of dining chairs other than the bench for a house that seats eight. The upstairs bathroom needs updating and attention. It does not really fit with the rest of the house. However, the beds are incredibly comfortable. Bedlinen is good could be better for the price, as well as the towels. which were basic but adequate. The generosity of all the fittings and fixtures was unstinting in so very many ways. We hope our feedback is constructive and kind and helpful to the next family or friends or both. You are lucky enough to stay at victory at Cliff thank you very much

The house is a typical beautiful English house. Very cozy and on a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it. Also a big compliment to KEEPERS Cottage for the good service, rapid response and their flexibility. Highly appreciated.

Victory at Cliffe was gorgeous! Wonderful home with lovely touches. We had a fabulous roaring log fire both evenings - it was just so homely and cosy. Such a great weekend and we shall be back!

We had the most idyllic time at Victory at Cliffe. The location is unbelievable - the sunrises and sunsets from the garden are breathtaking, looking out at the sea. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the decor is lovely. It's also the perfect base from which to explore this part of Kent and we took day trips to Hastings, Deal and Canterbury. Victory is a very special place and we very much hope to return again.

We arrived at Victory the day before Christmas Eve to a simply stunning sight the house is in a fabulous location overlooking the beach and sea the house itself is magnificent and was beautiful decorated for Christmas. Each room was a joy beautifully furnished with plenty of space the living room more than accommodated six adults with a beautiful fire place and bay windows overlooking the ocean. The kitchen dining room definitely has the wow factor, it was beautiful in the winter and I can only imagine more so come summer with outside space to the rear and the front of the house. We would definitely stay at Victory at Cliffe again. The team at keeper’s cottages made the whole experience for start to finish extremely easy.

The lounge has large, comfortable sofas, an open fire and great views out. The kitchen is large, very well equipped and a lovely place to gather with another fire place. Bedrooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. The only thing I would suggest is better curtains in the downstairs bedroom as there are only very thin currently and this window does overlook other properties and makes it feel uncomfortable at night. Parking next to gate for one large car and free parking opposite. Access from side gate is fine but from front there are steep irregular steps that would be best avoided if not steady on your feet. Local pubs in easy walking distance and can recommend Zetland arms on beach. Walk to Deal with its pier with a fab restaurant for brunch and old town are a very enjoyable hour or so walk away following the coast.Sandwich is a short drive away and agin very nice for a stroll around for a morning.
